AI visibility tool pricing, compared
By Matvei Belov, founder of Glowsearch · Updated
Glowsearch Lite is $19.99 a month, the lowest monthly price for this setup among the 20 tools we checked. It includes ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI Mode, an action plan after every scan and drafts to help you act.
Most AI visibility tools are priced for marketing teams. It's hard to compare the bill because every tool counts differently: prompts, credits, checks, answers, models.
So we priced one job everywhere: track 20 of your own questions on ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI Mode, on the cheapest plan that does it and bills monthly, add-ons included.
The short version
- Glowsearch Lite is $19.99 a month, about a fifth of Peec's $95 entry price. Semrush's $99 toolkit costs about five times as much, or about eight times with the add-on needed for this setup ($159).
- Per answer it's about a cent: up to 2,080 answers a month, $0.010 each. That's level with LLM Visibility Lens (a fraction of a cent apart), under half of Peec, Ahrefs and Rankscale, and about an eighth of Diploria and AthenaHQ. None of the tools that publish their limits is cheaper per answer.
- The closest are Diploria and LLM Visibility Lens at $29 and Peekaboo at $30, about 1.5× our price. LLM Visibility Lens checks daily and Peekaboo every two days. Then Ahrefs' custom prompts at $50 and LLM Pulse at about $58.
- Most of the others cost $95 to $199 a month, five to ten times as much. Six tools can't do this job on a self-serve plan at all.
- Choose your schedule: Lite checks 20 questions three times a week, asking each one twice on each included assistant. You can also track 80 questions weekly, 40 twice a week, 25 three times a week or 10 daily. Start the $1 seven-day trial.
We make Glowsearch; prices are from each vendor's pricing or help page, linked in the table, checked on October 15, 2026. Prices are in US dollars, billed monthly, before tax. These are the tools we could find; if we missed one, tell us at hello@glowsearch.app.
What changed, October 22, 2026: we rechecked every pricing page in the table from the US. No plan price changed since October 15. Otterly no longer shows its add-on prices on its pricing pages, so its Gemini and AI Mode add-ons ($9 a month each) are from our October 15 check. Outside this setup, Diploria Pro is now $119 a month and Semrush also sells SEO plans with AI search tracking from $199 a month.

"vs Glowsearch" is the tool's price divided by Glowsearch Lite's $19.99. "Answers a month" is the most a plan includes with every question slot used on every assistant it covers, one answer being one assistant answering one question once; "per answer" divides the price by it. Several tools are 15–20% cheaper paid yearly; we compare monthly prices because that's what you pay to try one.
What each price buys beyond the 20 questions, or what's different about it:
- Glowsearch: About 1,560 answers a month. Or up to 80 questions once a week, or 10 every day, for the same price. Real browsers, signed out, from your country; an action plan after every scan.
- Diploria: 1,500 credits a month; 20 questions on ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Mode with web search, weekly, use about 1,130. Asks through the assistants' APIs.
- LLM Visibility Lens: 25 questions on ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Mode and AI Overviews. It writes questions from your site, and you can add your own.
- Peekaboo: Priced per check, with a $30 minimum ($29 in its help center) that more than covers this setup: 40 prompts on 3 models every 2 days. ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Mode, AI Overviews and Perplexity to choose from.
- Ahrefs: 2,500 prompt checks a month, sold without an Ahrefs subscription. 20 questions on three assistants daily use 1,800.
- LLM Pulse: Billed €49; $58 is LLM Pulse's own approximate conversion. 50 prompts on 5 models, including ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Mode.
- Peec AI: 50 prompts on any 3 assistants; unlimited users.
- Promptwatch: 50 prompts on 4 models.
- Rankscale: 1,200 credits, about 4,800 answers a month. Essentials is $17 a month but billed yearly only.
- Semrush: $99 includes 25 prompts, and tracking the same prompt on another assistant uses another one, so 20 questions on three needs the $60 add-on.
- Knowatoa: Starter ($59) covers ChatGPT, AI Overviews and AI Mode, but not Gemini. The question limit isn't published.
- AthenaHQ: 3,600 answers a month across 11 models.
- Otterly: Lite ($29) has 15 prompts and can't add more. If 15 is enough, Lite with Gemini and AI Mode is $47.
Six more tools can't do this job on a self-serve plan:
- Gauge: Growth ($599) tracks 600 prompts daily on ChatGPT, AI Mode and Copilot, 54,000 answers a month; Gemini is Enterprise only.
- LLMrefs: You track keywords and it writes the prompts, so you can't track 20 exact questions. All in One is $79 for 500 prompts on every assistant it supports.
- Trakkr: Growth ($100) tracks 8 assistants daily, including AI Overviews but not AI Mode.
- Scrunch: Core ($250) covers ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews and Copilot; Gemini and AI Mode are Enterprise only.
- Writesonic: Self-serve plans cover ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Overviews; AI Mode is Enterprise only.
- Am I on AI: Pro ($100) covers ChatGPT and AI Overviews only.
- Profound: Paid plans are Enterprise only, priced on request; there's a free 7-day trial.
Other budgets and smaller setups
Other published plans and billing options:
- You want daily numbers on a small budget. LLM Visibility Lens Starter is $29 a month for 25 questions, checked every day on ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Mode and AI Overviews.
- You'll pay for a year up front. Rankscale Essentials is $17 a month, billed yearly ($204). It includes 480 answers a month. 20 questions on three assistants once a week use about 260 of them; Glowsearch asks each question twice in each of its three scans a week, about 1,560 answers a month.
- 15 questions are enough, and you want Perplexity and Copilot too. Otterly Lite is $29 for 15 prompts, checked daily on ChatGPT, AI Overviews, Perplexity and Copilot. Gemini and AI Mode are $9 a month each, so all three assistants we cover come to $47.
What the price difference buys
Most of these tools ask every question every day, and many cover Perplexity, Copilot or Claude on their first plan. That's more data than three scans a week, and it's worth paying for if you run campaigns and want to watch them move day to day, or if your customers use Perplexity.
For $19.99 a month, Glowsearch Lite asks each of the 20 questions twice on ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI Mode, three times a week. It uses real browsers, signed out and from your country, rather than developer APIs for these assistants. If you'd rather track more questions, Lite can scan 40 twice a week or 80 once a week instead, which is more answers overall. After every scan you get who was named instead of you, the pages the assistants cited, and an action plan sorted by priority: sites and lists to get onto, Reddit and forum threads to join, pages to write or improve, wrong facts to correct and crawler fixes. Each action has a drafting button for the email, forum reply or page text.
For small businesses, we recommend Glowsearch: track your own questions from day one and turn each scan into work you can do.
Glowsearch's plans
Lite is $19.99 a month, saving $75 against Peec's $95 entry plan and $9 against Otterly's $29 entry plan. These entry plans have different assistant coverage and scan schedules, as shown above.
- Lite, $19.99 a month: one website, 80 questions once a week, 40 twice, 25 three times or 10 every day, ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Mode, 10 AI drafts a month. Pro adds Claude.
- Pro, $99.99 a month: three websites with 130 questions each once a week (or 65, 40 or 15 scanned more often), adds Claude on 50 questions a week per website, 50 AI drafts a month.
- Every plan starts with a 7-day trial for $1. Cancel any time. Start your trial with your own questions, or see pricing.
