Get your product named when buyers ask AI
Track whether ChatGPT, Claude (on Pro), Gemini and AI Mode name your product from $19.99 a month. Get an action plan and drafts after each scan. Start the $1 seven-day trial.
When someone needs a tool, they increasingly ask ChatGPT: "best invoicing app for freelancers", "an alternative to Calendly that's cheaper", "what CRM should a five-person agency use". The assistant names a few products, and buyers often start with those. If yours isn't one of them, you never hear about it.
Glowsearch Lite starts at $19.99 a month. See whether ChatGPT, Claude (on Pro), Gemini and Google's AI Mode name your product for the questions your buyers ask, who they name instead, and what to change so they name you. Start with your own questions from day one.
How it works
- You add your site. We read it and write the questions your buyers would ask: your category, your use cases, "alternatives to" your bigger competitors. You can change them any time.
- Choose weekly to daily scans. Each question goes to ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI Mode twice, in real browsers, signed out and from your country, so you see what a new buyer sees. Pro adds Claude, which many developers use.
- You see where you stand. How often you're named, who's named instead, and the pages the assistants cite when they answer.
- You get a plan after every scan. What to do next, sorted by priority, with a drafting button that writes the email, forum reply or page text for each action.
What the plan usually says for software
Assistants answering "best tool for X" often cite pages that already compare tools. So the actions for a startup tend to be:
- Get onto the lists the assistants cite. "Best X for Y" articles, review sites like G2 and Capterra, directories. We show which of them name your competitors and not you.
- Write the pages buyers ask about. A page for each use case, an honest comparison with each competitor, an "alternatives to" page. If no page on your site answers the question, the assistant has nothing of yours to cite.
- Join the threads. Reddit and forum threads where people ask for recommendations, when the assistants cite them.
- Fix wrong facts. Old pricing or a feature you dropped, repeated by an assistant because an old page still says so.
- Let the crawlers in. A blocked OAI-SearchBot or a page that only renders with JavaScript can keep you out of ChatGPT search.
Pricing
- Lite, $19.99 a month: one product, 80 questions once a week, 40 twice, 25 three times or 10 every day, ChatGPT, Claude (on Pro), Gemini and AI Mode, 10 drafts a month.
- Pro, $99.99 a month: three products, 130 questions each once a week (fewer if scanned more often), Claude added on 50 a week each, 50 drafts a month.
Every plan starts with a 7-day trial for $1, including your first scan and action plan. Start your trial with your own questions, or see pricing for details.
Questions founders ask
Ask it the way a buyer would, in a new chat while signed out, without your product's name in the question. Or use the free AI visibility check: we write three buyer questions from your homepage, ask ChatGPT in a real browser and show whether it named you and who it named instead.
In October 2026 we asked ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI Mode 20 questions about small business software, twice each, and collected about 115 answers. Zapier's blog was linked in 23% of them. YouTube and Reddit were linked in about 20% each, all of those in AI Mode. PCMag was linked in 9% and Forbes in 6%. It's a small sample, but it shows where to start: the comparison articles, videos and threads buyers already read.
Yes. Every scan shows who was named in each answer, how often, and which pages the assistants linked for them. The action plan lists the pages that mention your competitors but not you.
Yes, on Pro. Claude is asked through its API with web search on, on 50 questions a week per product. Many developers use Claude, so it's worth tracking if you sell to them.
