Why isn't there a free plan?

Every scan asks real assistants in real browsers, and each answer costs us money. Instead of a cut-down free plan, there's a 7-day trial of the full plan for $1.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, any time from your billing page. An upgrade starts right away and you pay the difference for the rest of the month; a downgrade refunds it.

What happens if I cancel?

Your plan keeps running until the end of the month you've paid for, then scans stop. No questions asked: you cancel from your billing page.

Who handles payments and invoices?

Creem, our payment partner and merchant of record. They run checkout, send invoices and handle sales tax and VAT. Your card details never reach us.

Do you offer refunds?

If something went wrong, like scans that didn't run or a charge you didn't expect, write to us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
