# Glowsearch

> Glowsearch shows businesses whether AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Google's AI Mode) recommend them when customers ask, who gets named instead, which pages the assistants rely on, and what to change so they get named more often.

How it works:

- You enter your website. Glowsearch reads it and writes the questions your customers would ask an assistant, like "best invoicing app for freelancers". You can change them any time.
- Each question is asked twice per scan on ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI Mode, in real browsers, signed out and from your country, so results match what a new customer sees. Claude, on Pro, is asked once through its API. You choose how often for each website: Lite scans 80 questions once a week, 40 twice, 25 three times or 10 every day; Pro scans 130, 65, 40 or 15 per website, and asks Claude 50 of them a week per website.
- You see how often you're named, who is named instead, and the pages the assistants cite: review sites, "best of" lists, Reddit threads.
- After every scan you get an action plan ranked by impact, site checks for AI crawlers, drafts for each action, and an email report of what changed.
- Nothing to install: no code on your site and no access to your accounts.

Every plan starts with a 7-day trial for $1, then bills monthly. Cancel any time.

## Questions

### Why don't my results match what I see when I ask ChatGPT?

Because there's no single answer. Signed in, ChatGPT remembers you and your past chats, answers change with location, and the same question asked twice can name different businesses. We ask signed out, from your country, several times per question, so you see what a typical new customer gets instead of one roll of the dice.

### I already rank well on Google. Do I need this?

Ranking helps, because assistants search the web before they answer. But they read a handful of pages, often review sites, "best of" lists and Reddit threads, and name a few businesses from those. You can rank first on Google and still never be named. We show you which pages the assistants lean on and whether you're on them.

### Can you guarantee AI will recommend me?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. Nobody controls these answers. What we can do is show why competitors get named, tell you what to change, and measure every change in the next scans, so you keep what works and stop guessing.

### Which assistants do you check?

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Google's AI Mode. ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Mode are on every plan, read from their real pages the way a customer sees them. Claude comes with Pro.

### Do I need to install anything or connect my accounts?

No. We only need your website url. No code on your site, no Google login, no access to your CMS. We read your public pages and write the first questions for you, and you can change them any time.

### How often do you check?

You choose for each website: once, twice or three times a week, or every day. The more often, the fewer questions: on Lite 80 questions once a week, 40 twice, 25 three times or 10 every day; on Pro 130, 65, 40 or 15 per website. AI answers change from one ask to the next, so every scan asks each question twice (Claude, on Pro, once, on 50 questions a week) and shows how often you're named, not one lucky answer. You get one email a week with what moved.

### How does the trial work?

Seven days of the full plan for $1, including your first full scan and your action plan. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged again. Otherwise the plan continues monthly, and you can cancel any time from your billing page.

### I run several sites, or I'm an agency. Does it work for me?

Pro covers three sites with their own questions and competitors. For more sites, write to us and we'll set up a plan that fits.
